🛍 Orders & Production
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All Back Talk tees are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Q: Why does production take a few days?
A: Each shirt is custom printed just for you. We do not mass-produce inventory, which helps reduce waste and ensures quality.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
📦 Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
• U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after production Production & Shipping are 2 different time frames
• International orders: 7–21 business days after production
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! International shipping times and rates vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
A: Please check with household members and neighbors first. If still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly. Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
👕 Sizing & Fit
Q: What kind of shirts do you use?
A: We use Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey tees. They feature a retail fit and are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (fiber content may vary by color).
Q: Are your shirts true to size?
A: Yes, they have a unisex retail fit and run true to size. Women who prefer a more fitted look may consider sizing down. For an oversized look, size up 1–2 sizes.
Q: Do you offer plus sizes?
A: Yes! We offer sizes up to 5XL (availability may vary by color).
Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: Because our items are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I exchange for a different color or design?
A: We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final unless there is a production error or defect.
🎨 Product Details
Q: Will the print look exactly like the mockup?
A: We aim for high-quality, accurate printing. However, slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and lighting.
Q: Do shirts shrink after washing?
A: Minimal shrinkage may occur if dried on high heat. For best results, wash cold and tumble dry low or air dry.
Q: How should I care for my shirt?
A:
• Turn inside out
• Machine wash cold
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low
• Do not iron directly on design

A: Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.
